Ok, close the incognito browser, log out of Facebook & stop swiping right for a sec. Literally anybody who sits at a desk, works with a laptop or resides in an office - listen up this is for you.

Let me guess, that impossible-to-reach spot between your shoulder blades needs walking on, right? Or maybe your lower back’s tighter than a dominatrix corset?

5 years on & my morning, afternoon & evening ‘Broga’ routines have become a non-negotiable, daily practices & clockwork way of life. As a personal type-II, C-PTSD survivor, I swear to Christ stretching out the traumatic physical tension in my body would have shaved decades off my mental, emotional & physical health battles had I started in my twenties. Now, I average around 2-3 hours per day in eye watering split poses, hip flexes & spine cracking front folds.

Creating Your Stretching Routine

5pm | 90 minutes - All aboard the strain train, evening deep stretching to release today's tension & flat-line me before bed.
