a full refund if our consumers are not 100% satisfied with their product. Through this guarantee, within 30 days of receiving your product, Shroomstar™ customers can identify which mushroom products are the perfect fit for them and their lifestyle.

 

RETURN POLICY

    • Shroomstar™ will gladly accept all new, unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping cost). You will be responsible for return shipping cost.
    • All 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee returns are subject to first-time purchases of one product and only applicable within 30 days of receiving your order (excluding shipping cost).
    • For all return requests contact our Customer Experience team holla@shroomstar.com. Please include your full name and order number on all return requests.

     

      • Shroomstar™ will always try to be as accommodating as possible, however it is in both of our interests if claims can be submitted as soon as possible. We want our consumers to be confident in our products and hope that we can do everything we can to make your store experience as easy as possible. Thank you.

       

      WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?

          • All Shroomstar™ products are tested for quality and are carefully inspected before shipment. Upon delivery, please check each product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. If any product is damaged upon arrival please contact our Customer Experience team immediately holla@shroomstar.com.

       

      • If your order is incorrect, damaged or defective upon arrival; we will exchange or replace your item at no additional cost.

       

          • Shroomstar™ has a 72 hour deadline for any claims of damaged products, and requires that all claims are submitted with clear photos of the alleged damage. Please contact our Customer Experience team holla@shroomstar.com as soon as possible to submit a damage claim.
